Managing stress

The stress test presentation is something that I think is a good idea to help people not only manage stress when they are preparing for final exams, but also it is a good idea when they're working to write papers for classes.  This test would be crucial to seeing how much you can handle having a workload put on you, and how well you respond to the size of the workload. This also helps you to manage your time that you so you don't stress about having to cram all at the last minute.  When stress occurs in certain situations it is not an easy thing to manage, but it is essential to figure out how to keep the stress level at a manageable level or a low level. Which means that in order to maintain low stress, or no stress you have to be able to manage your time in the best way possible. I like the way that they talked about it being hard to manage stress when there are so many things piled on.  They seem to do the job by emphasizing the way to manage stress is to go into becoming environment like coffee shop or the park for studying. They emphasized the amounts of levels of stress and the amounts of stress vary from person-to-person. Also, the way that they were able to distinguish how certain people handle high amounts of stress, and while others don't.  The talked about the way that stress can be managed through meditation which is one practice that people have to discipline themselves with and making sure that they don't overwhelm themselves to a high degree. Another way to cope and manage stress is through taking your mind off certain obligations and responsibilities for a few minutes to go and walk somewhere, like a park. Their presentation helped me to understand what the different stress levels are and how to best evaluate what to do in certain types of situations. They also gave interesting statistics and of a significant and important value.

One thing that I enjoy about the presentation that I was able to learn about, was the healthy and unhealthy ways that we deal with stress they pointed out that in terms of dealing with stress it is better and more beneficial to deal with this in a healthy way. Stress levels can have different effects on different people it is all about dealing with this right. This is a crucial piece to help people live their day-to-day life. 24 hours a day seven days a week. This presentation helped, because it helps people to best manage their lives in ways that works for them. Not just with school, but with everything.
