Stress Less app... Great idea!!!!

The presentation of the Stress Less app was very interesting. Most of my classmates approved this idea. The Stress Less app is fantastic for those of us who are found in constant stress. Most of us have a very tide and busy schedule in which our only resource left is our cellphone, in which we rely for news, weather forecast, emails etc. Since stress affect us in different ways, we must find something that will help us release all that extra weight that we carry on our shoulders and compensate with something that we like or enjoy to do. This app is a potential source for everyone who needs to be away from their crazy and busy schedule. For me personally, there is nothing better than being by the Mississippi river admiring the sunset. However, others rather choose something different like going out or simply watching TV. On the other hand, there are those who don’t know what to do in order to relieve all that stress. Therefore, the app will throw suggestions depending on what you like. Whether is going to a bar, movie theater, bowling, TV shows, etc. The app was designed to suggest on how to cope and deal with stress. Consequently, this is not a 24/7 app doctor that will solve our stress problems. In case we need medical help, the app will suggest a visit to a local health provider. We all are responsible for our own health and by using this app, it should help us release all that stress in many ways. For example, there those of us that actually plan ahead of time before the weekend. Consequently, there are a lot of activities going on locally that we don’t know about it and the app becomes a handy tool that depending on what we like it will definitely recommend us those activities. In addition, the app comes with an activity tracker that will remind us of previous activities. The most interesting part of this app is that not only works for stress, but also for those of us that need an inspirational or motivational thoughts to keep us going on our daily activities. Within the Stress Less app there is a survey test based on our daily activities from work and school. After answering the questions, I was really surprised of how stress I was according to the survey. Like one of classmates mention before, stress is something that can be commonly undetected by many of us and there are solutions on how to cope with it just like the Stress Less app.
