Through out the entirety of the story line my only thought was, "What the hell is going on ??" This seemingly "innocent" young lady has not only lost her "family" but her memory as well and if that isn't terrifying enough she is also being hunted down by a select group of psychopathic individuals while the rest of society just watches through there telephones. Honestly I didn't think the episode could get any more stomach churning than that but as seen from the previous episode of Black Mirror it most definitely can. The show continues on to reveal that she assisted in the murder and kidnapping of a six year old girl and everything that has happened in the past 24 hrs is all apart of an elaborate amusement park themed in getting justice for the child. All of the "psychopathic individuals" are actors and the creepily cell phone attached bystanders are the volunteers/ audience. Every day the same cycle is repeated and the young ladies memory is wiped away through electrically charged shocks to her brain. At the end we get to see that this has been going on for at LEAST a month and doesn't seem to be ending anytime soon. Although I understand the reason for such a heinous punishment; something about it just seems a little bit unsettling.
She is being punished for her involvement in the kidnapping and murder of a six year old girl; her role in the crime was the recording and "bystandering" {not a real word} of the child's murder as her fiancé did all of the dirty work. I feel like the purpose of the theme park was to similarly re-create what the child went through, kinda giving her a taste of her own medicine. I fully agree that she needed to be punished for her crime but I feel like the way they went about it was an injustice in itself; and then I also look at it like, "She helped murder a six year old girl, she deserves whatever is coming to her." Its like what they did to her seemed so inhumane, like she was no longer a criminal but she was only her "crime" but on the other hand I want to justify punishment by saying that what she did wasn't humane either nor did she value the life of that little girl. Quite frankly I just dint know how to feel.

Hey Taylor, first of all, I was completely lost as well, so your not alone there. Secondly, my stomach was anxious throughout the entire episode, because I did not know what was going to happen next. I also agree that Victoria had to be punished for her actions and that her throughout the episode was meant to show how the little girl felt, before she died, but why not just send her to jail or give her the death penalty. The tourist attraction, in my opinion, overall was creepy, especially with the as you called them "psychopathic individuals."
