Being completely honest, I thought the first episode with Ash and Ash 2 was going to be the weirdest, but that was not true. The beginning of the episode started out creepy, because the main character, Victoria, was alone in a house by herself and seemed confused. Plus, it made it even weirder that she was not speaking as well. When she left the house and saw the man dressed in red walking towards her with what looked like a double barrel shotgun, I thought that the town was a sort of prison and Victoria had just escaped. When she ran into the two people at the gas station, I was wondering why they did not just get in the car and drive away, because as soon as they ran into the gas station, I felt like it sealed their fate.
As the episode progressed, it kept on getting weirder. After finally escaping the man with the ax and the women with what looked like a meat cutter, I had thought that they would continue driving until they reached the safe haven. While they were driving, Victoria mentioned the forest, because she was starting to remember things about her past, and that seemed to upset the driver. Then they pulled over to the side of the road, where Victoria was forced to wear a blind fold and be escorted into the forest where the gentleman that was driving was behind her with a gun. I was truly wondering if the episode was going to end with the man holding the gun, killing Victoria and dumping her body in the woods. Again, I was wrong.
After escaping and supposedly killing the man in the woods, Victoria and Jem got into the car and headed straight to white bear to try and destroy the technology that was supposedly controlling all the weird people walking around like zombies. After trying to burn down the satellite, Victoria is then strapped down to a chair, where she is spun around to an audience, and I was wondering if it had been a reality TV show this whole time, which I was almost right about. Victoria was then told that the little girl that she had believed was her daughter was actually a child who Victoria and her husband had kidnapped. Victoria was confused, because she said that she would not kill an innocent girl, which was technically true, because she just filmed the little girl being roasted alive. In the end, we learn that it was all a part of a tourist attraction, sort of like a really messed up Disney Land, and Victoria kept reliving the same day over and over again in order to have her suffer for the rest of her life, even though she exclaimed many of times that she just wanted to die.

Thank you Eric for clearing up the part I did not understand after watching the film. I understand now how she was actually reliving the same day over and over again. That's honestly even creepier, but It makes a little more sense now. This truly shows how technology impacts our society. She was tortured through actors the same way over and over again to the point she wanted to die. This is all terrible.
