The White Bear with a dark meaning

The episode "White Bear" was an extraordinary film that took a plot and added a major twist in the end. The episode begins with a woman by the name Victoria sitting in a chair surrounded by pills and steady tone playing on a tv. She is oblivious to why she is there and cannot seem to remember anything as she gets painful flashes of the past in her head. She heads downstairs to see a calendar that is marked in the month of October all the way up to the 17th day. She is beyond confused at this point and heads outside soon to find out that everyone around her is recording her with phones and as she realizes this, a masked man steps out of a vehicle with a shotgun and chases her.
She ends up at a gas station with another woman, Jem and another man where they all hide in the store as the man with the gun attempts to break in. Victoria and the other woman manage to escape as the other man is killed trying to retrieve the gun from the masked man. Again, the two women are chased as a random man pulls up beside them offering a ride. They ended up in the woods where the man pulls a shotgun and orders them into a suicidal forest where he intends to torture them for the entertainment of the people recording. As he proceeds to torture Victoria, Jem fires a shotgun at the man killing him and they both head towards a place called white bear where they can shut off a transmitter that is making people record with their phones. Along the drive there, I picked up on a clue that Jem told Victoria in the van. She told Victoria that people had always been like that deep down and were glad they were able to show it. After hearing this, Victoria started having more flashbacks about a child and images of fire. Not until the plot twist came into effect is when I realized what this meant.
In the what would be the end of the episode, Victoria was tied to a chair and exposed to a crowd applauding her and the man that Jem "killed" appearing before her. His name turned out to be Baxton and he asked her if she knew who she was. Of course she did not know but Baxton then began to tell her about her life and this is where the major plot twist came in. It turned out that Victoria had been an accomplice to the death of a child by the name of Jemima, whom Victoria had repeated flashbacks about. Victoria had a boy friend who tortured and beat Jemima and made Victoria record the horrific acts. To make things worse, they ended up putting the child in a bag and setting her on fire. The crowd then booed and called her words like murderer as they carried her to the house that she had awoken at. Baxton then put a device on her head that made her brain "reset" and before he left, he marked another day on the calendar.
After seeing all this, all the clues in the episode came together. First was that the calendar marks were for the days that Victoria was being punished for her actions. Second was the fact that everyone was recording the horrible things that happened throughout the film which symbolized how Victoria did as she watched a poor child get killed. Lastly was the comment made in the van about how people were cruel deep down and were happy that they got to show it. The word White Bear actually turned out to be a justice park for people to visit and participate in punishing those who commit unforgivable sins that the death penalty is just not enough for. In conclusion I see this as a just action for people who only have done severe crimes and should get what they deserve, but I also believe that there should be a certain time in which that person should suffer.
