Group Sync presentation set a really high bar in our class. They had very interactive sessions throughout the presentations and they had relatable slides as well. You can tell that they know how to get the audience's attention. One thing that we do enjoy in this time periods are funny memes. Everyone in the class enjoyed the meme slideshow along with the funny video. My favorite part of the presentation is where the group presents the roles of each person in a group project. The roles explained was very accurate and relatable to anyone who ever been in a group project. The video demonstrated how we hate working with a person who slacks off but ends up sharing a grade with the other members who contributes to the project. Every time people hear group project, people's mood goes down because everyone knows they will get a slacker in the group.
I personally admire how the group had no excuses about anything on their presentations. They keep the presentation going and I can tell they enjoyed their presentations as well along with the interactions with the audience. I'm proud that they presented something on group interactions with other people. I made a transition to being an introvert to being an ambivert, which is between an introvert and extravert. I like interacting with people and hearing their side of situations however, I don't like doing it consistently, which makes me isolate myself sometimes from groups. I don't regret being an introvert back then because it just shows that I like to work independently. I enjoyed working independently because my grade wasn't in the hand of a slacker who just took credit for my work. I'm not saying being an extravert is bad, but I wouldn't like people being in my face 24/7 or depending on people when it comes to group assignments. One thing that I do admire from being an extravert is the communication and public speaking they have. I notice that a lot of people who are extravert have a large circle of friends because their communication skills.
The website of Group Sync was well put together. I like that you could get advice from people around the world that may have a similar topic. The website also show you a progression bar that shows how far a person is on an assignment. The website also displays what strength or weaknesses the person many have. The presentation was really well put.
