Wonders of nirvana

The nirvana presentation was a really magical presentation. I think the nirvana presentation was really well put together. This group was probably the best that I have seen. The group went over and beyond the expectations. The group's presentation was very informative. It gave out different background information on anxiety, stress, autism, and depression. The settings feeling like I'm getting lectured about different physical disorders in a conference setting. I was really attach to the autism part because I'm a member of STARS (Students tacking autism-related syndromes). My brother may also be under the spectrum, so I took this presentation as serious as possible. You could tell that the group did a whole bunch of research because they went over the types of depressions and anxiety many people may experience. They also had videos on each different type of disorders.

I like that the group discussed the 3 topics because they are very common around today. Another thing is it gets us to understand what the person may feel when they are under the disorders. This lecture would be very helpful in job workplaces so we can all get the feel of it. I like how one of the videos addressed depression. Some people may say they have depression and then feel better later on because they ate some Chick-Fil-A. Some people pretend to be depress to get attention from people. People should take in consideration that people under the spectrum isn't any different from them. People shouldn't treat anyone under any spectrum different from the way they treat their friend (unless you are a bad influence).

Another thing I enjoyed was the idea of stress. I like that they gave us a little talk about it since this is finals week. Not too long ago, I was under a lot of stress to the point that I felt pressure all over my neck and throat. I'm thankful that I am relieved from stress as of right now.

The Nirvana website was probably the best I seen as well. The websites had many things that people could go to relieve stress. The website showed games, music and even a blog to vent out to other people that's under the spectrum. I personally loved the national puppy post since I am a dog lover. The only con I saw was the animation on the website. The website was to make the viewers relaxed and calm. The animation on the website, however, was the opposite of calm and relax. The group put in a lot of work into their website and I applause them for it. I also liked the idea of having positive news rather than negative news that you see everyday on TV. Why not support the nirvana train?
