What do you consider justice? What is Justice? Justice is defined to be the quality of being righteous or equal. Justice is not about reintegrating you back into the crime you’ve committed it’s about you failing to follow the righteous and being kept from it by being incarcerated. In the episode of White Bear I believe that Victoria being tortured was not just. Although, some people may say that it’s just, because she was treated the same way she treated her daughter when the act was going on. I do not find this to be equally appropriate cause there’s a different between enabling justice vs.torture.Victoria’s daughter, whom was abducted by her and her fiancĂ©, is dead why isn’t she dead? Wouldn’t that make it equal? It’s not fair. It would be different if the little girl survived cause then we could’ve handled the situation differently such as put Victoria in a rehabilitation institution cause we are not aware if Victoria was psychologically ill or not nor her fiancĂ©. Most likely you’ll find the killer committing a crime like this being mentally ill,but we’re not exposed to such a thing. Victoria’s memory was wiped away so how can it be just if she’s not aware of her doing. Victoria wakes up in confusion, this is almost like prosecuting an innocent person. My classmates stated that it’s almost like they set her mind as if she is a child herself being clueless and terrified of violence, but how does that make her pay for what she did? Why transfer an adult to a child when the adult knows the personality of a child? Yes, we are adjusting Victoria to the child’s feeling but why if Victoria doesn’t even know who she is whereas to a child is aware of their identity?
In addition to, In White Bear technology plays a role. The scenes where the people are recording Victoria continuously shows the way we are obsessed with technology. When we see something crazy or suspicious happening we are eager to video it. For example, when we see police brutality, a protest, or a fight outbreak we get our devices and start recording. White Bear confirms our today’s technology obsession. We are so focused on our cellular devices that we ignore our surroundings. We don’t communicate with each other. This part shows us that technology is having our full attention.
If we just take a minute and focus on injustice cases, we notice that these crime commiters are free without reasoning. Such as Trayvon Martin Case or Micheal brown or the massive school shooting of the innocent kids in Florida or the church shooting. Do you notice any of the killers being tortured repeatedly? In my opinion, Victory is not given from Victoria, a repeated mental abuse is and how is that suppose to be righteous if she’s not aware.

I like the fact that you bring in the part about our society's technology obsession and you're right we immediately pull out our phones to record and don't communicate, the first thing people do is record it rather than step in and help, and they should have communicated without first and found out whether she was mentally ill or not
