They get in the building and the “hunters” attack her she fires a gun and it is revealed that she was a criminal who abducted the young girl she thought was her daughter and her fiancé killed the young girl as she filmed it and the white bear was a symbol of the little girl and a token to remember the girls life. The woman is shown who she is and what she had done. As she is watching the film they had in front of her you can see the remorse but the audience didn’t care. So they make the woman a display as they travel down a road and people scream murderer. Did she deserve this treatment.? She clearly is mentally ill and has no recollection of the crime she committed and is very remorseful. At the end, we realize that this is her punishment. She was shown the last moments of the little girl that she filmed and was given some type of shock treatment. While she suffers some gentleman set up the scene and she has to go through this on a day to day basis. They made it like an amusement park and she was the main attraction. It’s actually very sad on all cylinders.

But why tho?....
White bear started off very mysterious like. At the beginning, she was completely lost. She didn’t know what was going on, where she was, or even how she got there. She seemed deranged and a bit crazy. The first scene was staged as if she attempted to commit suicide but she was not successful. So it makes you wonder if she actually wanted to die because someone who wanted to kill themselves would not fail. So, maybe it was staged to look like she committed suicide if she was to die but she didn’t do. She walks out the house looking for help and no one was willing to help. There were countless bystanders and not one person was willing to help her. Some mysterious person began to walk toward her with a gun. I am actually relieved that they did because she ran with no questions asked. She ran for her life. She ran into a young lady that was not really willing to help but did anyways which was a plus for her. Through this journey of this woman trying to get her memory back she gets glimpses of things that matter like a young girl who could possibly be her daughter, and then glimpses of “white bear.” She has no clear distinction of what it actually is but she gets this vibe that it is something she wants no part in.
