SafeTeam Overview

SafeTeam is an app that can be downloaded onto any iWatch that helps with smaller social issues that have not escalated to the legal level. These issues can range from simple public discomfort to direct bullying. When the police cannot yet get involved, SafeTeam is on the job. In having someone else come in to help the user get out of a nasty situation, the involvement of the police is avoided, and less trouble is caused; and if the problem cannot be avoided, at least damage control can be enacted. With further advancement, SafeTeam is planning on applying their software on other watches and devices such as bracelets, earrings, etc. I like the idea of this because it further increases the discreteness of SafeTeam's program. In doing this, SafeTeam's program usage can be far more reliable and successful, as well as being more affordable and available to more users. One of the outstanding qualities of this product is the algorithm software that spreads the contact area when requesting for a SafeTeam member. Since the device's range first starts at about five meters when looking for a SafeTeam member, chances of finding one are slim when you are outside of a more populated area. So, to make up for this, the range increases every time a member is not found. This solves the problem for people that live out in rural areas. In using the SafeTeam's product, more conflicts can be avoided or made less severe but just having one helpful person come in and solve the issue.
