Wire"Tap" into your brain waves

Wiretap Headphones are a wonderful idea. They are headphones that can detect your brain waves, which can show your mood. You release brain waves all the time. Especially when you are happy, excited, sad, or even mad. Every emotion has a distinct wave pattern. This device will pick up the patterns and act accordingly. These headphones will help kids dealing with depression and even anxiety. Many times children show outward signs but will not actually say that they need help.
These headphones will do that for them. When someone gets to a low place and they stay there for an extended amount of time, Wiretap will send a notification to the person and if they do not respond, it will send it to the person’s emergency contact. This way they know they are getting help, but they do not have to fully ask for it. These headphones also work as your average pair of headphones, and they look like them too. These headphones can help play music based on your mood, but the most important thing is the notification system.
The price for these headphones do not seem correct though. There is so much technology and storage in these headphones, there is no way they can cost less than beats. There is a lot of storage, so I do not know how it will hold of it in such a small area. It is like the storage of a computer, so will that fit in headphones? I do not know for sure but I doubt it.

This is such a cool project. An item like this is much needed on the market. The rate of depression is increasing a scary amount in children, teen, and young adult. These would also help lower the suicide rates. When a person who was suffering and wanted to commit suicide, these headphones would notify them. More than likely in such a low state they will not respond. So it will then notify their contact. I believe this could really help. The action of seeking help is taken out of their hands when they buy or are given these headphones. Some people may not like this, but many people suffering with these disorders would love the idea that they are protected but they do not have to outwardly seek the help. I love this product and I think it would do incredible things for this world we live in.

Annie I agree this is something that is needed today and something that could be used today without inflicting more social awkwardness on the users because earphones are used by everyone.
