Save-A-Kid Evaluation

 The Save-A-Kid organization is a great idea and could prove to be very effective and useful. This idea is useful because it takes care of parents' carelessness and allows them to be responsible. Any parent that cares about his or her child would actually use this. The devices used to enhance this organization are perfect for it purpose of keeping children safe. This organization was well thought through and presented very well, although a few minor changes could be made.

This organization's purpose was to make sure children were safe and not forgotten. It was also a way to make sure parents were responsible for their children in every way. In the presentation, the group mentioned actual situations where children were left in cars and died from heatsrokes because the parents of the children were irresponsible and didn't communicate well enough with each other. There was also a video presented of a woman who, assumingly, didn't realize that her child was in the car. This organization was created to prevent things like this.

The group also presented devices to enhance their service. They had a bracelet and a device for a car seat to make sure parents didn't get too far away from their children without notice. The device also had a location device that could tell a parent where his or her child was. These things are very helpful when a parent has lost his or her child or when he or she has left the child in the car. These things also make the parent responsible if anything happens to the child. If an alarm has sounded about someone's child, and it is heard, the parent will be completely responsible. These devices also don't leave it to just the parents. It involves the police if action isn't taken quick enough.

The only thing I would change if I had presented was showing how the devices worked in an actual or simulated situation. Otherwise, the idea was perfect. The presentation was great, and they were well prepared for any question thrown at them. They spoke very clearly. Their presentation was also interesting and seemed original. The idea was creative. This idea seemed like it truly came from the heart. Someone in this group has to have a child or siblings that they had to take care of. This idea comes from an emotional situation. I don't have children, but this project inspired me to actually want to make sure other people's children were safe. Overall, the presentation was very influential and great.
