Lyfe Guide Final Project Review

I am reviewing the Lyfe Guide because I think that it is a very practical business. There were a lot of things I enjoyed about this presentation and a few things I think could be improved on. First, I enjoyed the icon that this group created for their business, it looked very professional and visually appealing. I thought that the presenters could have added some statistics about the amount of grads that struggle with finding jobs and who fail to become successful adults out of high school/college. Also, it was hard to follow the powerpoint and look at the presenters at the same time because some of them were standing far away from the screen(i.e. on the other side of the podium by the wall). Also, it was a little hard to hear the presenters and understand them, as some of them spoke fast.

I liked how the presentation was broken down and each aspect of your business was thoroughly explained. The presenters explained each part of their business very well. The website that was presented in addition to the powerpoint looked very clean and professional and it seemed very easy to navigate. I think that an app could be added to this business for more convenient access of this information. If a client is on-the-go or doesn't have quick access to a desktop, the app could help make booking appointment and accessing information easier and faster. I noticed that "Retirement Plan" was featured on the drop down menu twice, so it would be a good idea to fix that error.

I think that if you were to expand and add more employees to the business, there should be some type of screening/monitoring/surveying aspect of the business that keeps track of how the employees are doing and if they're providing good and helpful advice. Will each client have the same adviser each time they use this program? Is there any way clients can request a specific adviser? If not, this would be a good function to add to the appointments page.

Overall, I enjoyed this presentation because I think that can be very helpful and reach a large amount of people. There are a lot of grads and students out there that have no help and don't know what to do when it comes to applying for financial aid, jobs, and housing. It is important that all students have equal opportunities to be successful in life. I believe that this business would provide much-needed assistance to these less fortunate students.
