I
enjoyed watching "white Bear" it started confusing but as the story
went on it started to make more sense. However, the twist at the end was
something I did not see coming. I saw many interesting little things throughout
the video. It might be a long shot but there was something that catched my
attention that made me think there could be a conspiracy going, involving the
people at White Bear Park. Something interesting I saw was that the image they
showed of the little girl's mom in the news looked identical to the lady in
White Bear Park with the goat face mask. They also showed a video that the main
character took when they supposedly had the little girl abducted. The only
weird thing however was that in the video it looked like they were treating her
good, as well as providing here with toys to play with. The little girl looked
healthy and happy which an abducted little girl would be scared to be with
someone they do not know, the opposite of what the video showed. Just as we
said in class, there is technology to wipe someone’s memory, which is what they
could have done to the main character, which would be a terrible thing for
someone to do. I would imagine the reason for doing that would be for the
money. Just imagine how many people would go to a park like that. However, that
is just a conspiracy the show led us to believe she was a criminal who
committed the crime. In the case of her actually committing the crime, I would
say it is still taking it too far because if they keep repeating the same thing
she will never learn. I understand there trying to do "an eye for eye an
eye" which is why they keep making her live the live the same day every
day until I suppose her mind can no longer take it. Which is wrong. I think instead they should only do it once and then put her in jail that way she can rehabilitate from what she has done. The thing that really got to me was when the bystander just stood there recording while she was getting attacked. However, when you think about it that happens in our society very often. In the new they show someone being robbed, beat up, or even shot and we stand there and record instead of taking action which is sad, but the truth about the society we live in now

That is an interesting theory. True that in the video the little girl seemed to be fine, but it could be recorded before they did cruel things to her and the woman might be a look alike. I do agree that they are using the main character with the memory wipe device to generate money. It seemed that the theme park was more into making money than carrying out justice when the guy who runs the theme park was encouraging people to come visit more, which furthers your last statement how people just like to stand and watch others when something bad happens. The only difference is that the people come to the theme park to watch the lady suffer because they believed she deserves it.
I think the reason they showed the little girl being all happy is to build suspense and add more to the plot twist.
I find your theory very interesting. However, I think that the reason that the little girl was given toys was simply so that she wouldn't cause them any trouble. As for the little girl not being scared by being with strangers, I think it's likely that they told her that they were friends of her parents and she believed them, since kids tend to be gullible.
