The Courts Will Never Be Just

The justice system and laws of the land are created in a way to entrap certain kinds of people. The justice system does nothing good for the poor. The justice system only benefits the rich. The law only applies to the poor. There are many instances where the bias is clear. For example, Donald trump was elected. He was not ready for the position nor did he have the intelligence to hold the position, and he can, literally, say anything and get away with it. An example of the other side of the system is Trayvon Martin's death. Trayvon was guilty as soon as he walked out of his house. He was black. He was wearing dark clothing. He made a white man feel intimidated. To the courts, Trayvon deserved what happened to him because he was wrong and in the wrong place at the wrong time. The court system will never be just.

Poor people are faced with the most challenges, as far as the court system is concerned. Weed may be the most common drug used in America, but the use and sale of weed is illegal. Most poor people use drugs recreationally or medically. Some poor people even sell weed because they can't get a legal job because of some bogus charge they had before that probably had nothing to do with them being wrong for doing something wrong. They were wrong for being black or hanging out with black people or not being rich or, at least, rich enough to pay for silence or forgiveness from the courts.

Donald Trump is, clearly, not the brightest man or the most sensible man, but he was smart enough to manage paying the right people to become president. Trump hasn't given up his tax records yet. If Trump was poor, he wouldn't have had a choice, but because he was white and had money, which automatically made him powerful, he could and still can do whatever he wants.

Trayvon's injustice was clear, and the reason behind the injustice was too. It didn't matter how hard his mother fought for him, how well he was doing in school, what he had in his hand, what time he was out, where he was going. Justice was not served because he was black and poor, or shall I say that it was because he wasn't white and rich.

The court system was never serve justice like it should, at least not while I'm living. The courts are being run by people with money, people who's only goal is to make money, and people who are white. Someone who is poor is in bad shape. Someone who is black and poor is in an even worse condition, and they always will be. Justice will never, truly, be served.
